Genus Technologies Announces the Acquisition of HatchWork Solutions; Jimar Garcia Joins as Head of Kofax Practice

Genus Technologies, a Kofax Platinum Partner and a leader in Intelligent Automation, announces the acquisition of the assets of HatchWork Solutions, a consulting and professional services company focused on intelligent process and content automation.

The addition deepens Genus' investment in delivering high-quality intelligent automation solutions for its client base, gaining expertise and intellectual property in lockbox processing and other solutions to serve customers across various industries.

With this acquisition, Jimar Garcia joins the Genus team as the Director of Kofax Practice, with additional leadership responsibilities for solution development. Jimar is an industry veteran and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Intelligent Document Processing space. His breadth of leadership includes solution delivery, product management, and software engineering.
